At Like Mike Sports, our Strength & Conditioning classes in Cypress, TX are designed to help young athletes improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and endurance—skills that translate across all sports, not just basketball.

Online homework workouts to complete at home

Classes For Ages 6–12

Every Fridays: 7:00pm – 7:45pm

Every Saturdays: 7:30pm – 8:15pm
Classes For Ages 13–17

Every Tuesdays: 7:30pm – 8:15pm

Every Saturdays: 8:15pm – 9:00pm
Each session is structured, coached, and scaled to match the athlete’s age and development level.
